Engineering Leader – Materials Technology

Qualifications:

• 15+ years professional experience within an engineering consultancy firm with at least 10 or more years in a leadership role, managing, leading, and mentoring others
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation in the field of Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Costing projects at the proposal stage, budget management, and invoicing
• Demonstrated technical capability across the materials technology field as it relates to land development, building construction, pavement construction, and related municipal infrastructure.
• Effective & proven project delivery, networking, and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop lasting internal and external relationships based on trust and delivery excellence
• Proven background in delivering projects from proposal to completion
• Detailed knowledge of delivery methods for various markets
• Ability to mentor and train team members
• Provide project delivery leadership, in the role of Project Director, for various projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, and aptitude to learn and use other business systems and applications (i.e. PowerBI, BST10, etc.)

• The salary range for this position is $128,894 - $$178,894. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
