• The Engineering Director will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure all engineering aspects align with strategic objectives, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive engineering experience with at least 10 years in a senior management or director role, preferably in mixed-use development projects.
• Proven expertise in managing complex mixed-use projects involving multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering design principles, construction methods, and regulatory standards for mixed-use developments.
• Excellent strategic planning, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Superior communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and sustainability in engineering projects.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
