Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients for site scheduling and project activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Assist in preparing quality reports and support internal/external audit activities.
- Maintain effective communication between clients, site teams, and internal departments.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination, quality assurance, or construction/engineering projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
