- Proven experience in managing and operating engineering consultancy offices within Dubai.
- Strong professional network and established relationships with:
- Real estate companies and brokerage offices.
- Developers, investors, and project owners.
- Key stakeholders within Dubai’s construction and engineering sector.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and secure new projects.
- Excellent leadership and office management experience.
- Full knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and engineering consultancy procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, supervise operations, and ensure business growth.
