Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for project documentation, material coordination, and assisting project engineers in ensuring smooth and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all project-related documentation and records.
- Assist Project Engineers in daily project execution and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project status updates.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and ensure timely coordination.
- Support project completion activities including documentation submission and handover.
- Coordinate internally with procurement, logistics, and site teams.
- Ensure proper filing and updating of technical and commercial documents.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of project documentation processes will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-up capability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Additional Information
