About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle after-sales service responsibilities, including the installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of all cooling equipment provided by the company.
The role also involves supporting the Service Manager with various tasks such as document handling, parts collection, and delivery, while ensuring timely and efficient service operations.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to carry out assignments delegated by the General Manager, contributing to overall service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job requirements:
1. Age:Below 40
2.
Diploma / Engineer
3.
Professional Requirements: Refrigeration knowledge and Elecrical skills & English and quick learning skills
4.
Work experience or knowledge requirement: 5 years or more
Key Responsibilities
1.
Carry out after sales service duties;
2.
Carry out installation, commissioning, inspection and service work for all cooling equipment and service sold by the company;
3.
Carry out the task assigned by service manager of after sales service, such as documents or parts collection and delivery etc.
4.
Perform the task assigned by General Manager
**Benefits**
1.
Medical Insurance and one month paid leave after 12 months continuous work;
2.
Petrol fee will be provided by the company for commute and company business.
This term is subject to change as per company regulations.
3.
Provide one-way air ticket to Dubai.
4.
After working for one year, there is a year-end bonus every year
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday,
8:00am-12:00pm; 13:30pm-17:30pm; 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
**Monthly Salary**
AED 5500-6000/Monthly(After probationary period,salary will be adjusted)
