Education & Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • 2–5 years of relevant field service experience in:
  • Medical devices, ICU equipment, dialysis / renal therapies, or critical care systems
  • Prior experience with life‐support or high‐acuity devices is strongly preferred
  • Core Skills & Competencies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
  • Good understanding of electro‐mechanical systems
  • Customer‐centric mindset with ability to work in critical care settings
  • Willingness to travel extensively and support on‐call requirements
  • Basic computer skills for service documentation and reporting
  • Knowledge of quality systems and complaint handling processes
