Engineer, Sr Embedded Software

Technical skills:

• · Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent;
• · 5 years of experience in embedded software design;
• · Advanced experience with microcontrollers and access libraries;
• · Ability to program in a Windows or Linux environment;
• Ability to program in C/C++;
• · Ability to program in Python, an asset;
• Experience with optimization techniques (speed, memory space, multi-threading,...);
• Knowledge of a decentralized version control tool (git, mercurial,...);
• Experience with Design Patterns;
• Experience with secure development lifecycle is preferred;
• Fluency in mathematics (linear algebra and trigonometry);
• Experience with schematic representation (UML) is an asset;
• · Have made a significant contribution to the development of commercially successful products;
• · Knowledge of test and measurement applications;
• · Intermediate English.

• Salaried:
• Pay Range $95,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experience plus 10% annual bonus target.
