Job Summary
The Support Operations Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management and delivery of security services, focusing on SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This position is essential for maintaining system integrity, resolving issues, and implementing new client requests while adhering to high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Develop And Implement Code Solutions Using Sap Security And Grc Tools To Meet Project Requirements And Ensure Compliance With Security Standards. 2. Maintain Existing Security Projects By Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues Related To Sap Security Configurations And Grc Functionalities. 3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather And Analyze New Feature Requests, Translating Them Into Technical Specifications And Developing Enhancements Within The Sap Security Framework. 4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Security Processes, Code Changes, And Project Status To Ensure Transparency And Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.
Skill Requirements
- 1. Basic Understanding Of Sap Security And Grc Principles. 2. Familiarity With Coding Standards And Best Practices In Security Service Management. 3. Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Within Sap Environments. 4. Good Communication Skills For Client Interaction And Documentation.
