Sales role focused on thermal insulation products, facades, and outdoor decorations.
The work involves client and project visits within Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Market and sell thermal insulation, facade, and outdoor decoration products.
- Visit clients, engineering offices, consultants, and contractors to present products and solutions.
- Find new opportunities and manage existing projects through implementation and delivery.
- Prepare price proposals and coordinate with clients until contracts are finalized.
- Interpret engineering drawings and quantify materials with technical management.
- Provide technical support and recommend solutions to meet project requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and follow up on contracts and implementation.
- Meet monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, market conditions, and competitors.
- Identify client needs and business opportunities and prepare periodic sales, client, and project reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in engineering sales or construction materials, insulation, and facades.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and quantify materials.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD proficiency is preferred.
- English proficiency, a valid driving licence, and willingness to travel to clients and projects within Saudi Arabia.
