Job Summary
The Engineer - IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users.
This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and installing new systems and applications.
The post holder should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and technical software, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
The Engineer – IT Support should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
