Role

Testing Responsibilities

• Perform scenario-based manual testing and identify defects.
• Create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and scripts from requirements.
• Use Decision Table Testing, State Transition Testing, Error Guessing, and Exploratory Testing.
• Perform verification and validation activities.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Report defects and work with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
• Develop and maintain Playwright with Python automated tests where applicable.
• Perform mobile testing across relevant devices, operating systems, screen sizes, and configurations.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, verification, and validation.
• Strong manual testing and test-design technique expertise.
• Ability to derive complete test scenarios from requirements, workflows, and user behavior.
• Experience across functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Playwright automation using Python is an added advantage.
• Python and pytest experience is an added advantage.
• Mobile device testing experience is an added advantage.
• Exposure to ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 medical device standards is beneficial.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
