Engineer I - Field Service

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support design, deployment engineering, R&D, production supervisors, and factory foremen with relevant knowledge and experience.
• Prepare project site execution in the factory and coordinate project transitions with project managers, engineers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Connect factory and site management on materials, schedules, quality, observations, packing, and logistics.
• Track factory work, material lists, and packing during assembly; coordinate between factory and site.
• Prepare progression reports for project and construction managers, and provide stakeholder feedback and LL presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

Minimum qualifications

• High school degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field.

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends at the factory and travel to project sites as required.
• Good written and verbal communication and language skills; minimum B2 English level.

Work environment and travel

• Work involves mostly factory work, office work, and occasional travel to project locations.
• Estimated travel requirement is 15%; work must comply with safety regulations and standards.
