Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience as a lamper and maintenance
  • Must be able to work with ladders and not afraid of heights
  • Lift more than 50lbs
  • Must be able to work on weekdays early or late and weekends
  • Must speak English

Responsibilities

  • Replace interior and exterior lamps, ballasts, and related lighting components
  • Assist engineers and maintenance staff with general building maintenance tasks
  • Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access elevated work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing duties
  • Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Respond to work orders during weekdays and weekends as scheduled
