Role overview
The General Technician maintains the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities while supporting guest and team member needs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Handle guest calls and team member work orders promptly.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs and maintenance.
- Inspect facilities and equipment for preventive maintenance needs.
- Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
