Engineer - Enterprise Integrations

About the role

Workday integrations

• Develop, configure, and test integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, and EIB.
• Implement calculated fields, custom reports, and web services.
• Develop integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and Absence, including EIB, CCW/CCB/CCTPP/PICOF/PECI, Studio, Boomerang, and BIRT.
• Implement the Workday Integration Security framework.

Oracle Integration Cloud

• Develop and maintain OIC Process, Application Integration, Visual Builder, Insight Analytics, and Oracle API Platform capabilities.
• Create OIC integrations for Oracle ERP Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, and Accounting Hub.
• Develop PL/SQL packages and procedures for integration validations and transformations.
• Develop BIP reports, OTBI analyses and dashboards, and VBCS pages with approval processes and OIC integrations.

Boomi and general integration

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premises, and hybrid integrations using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Develop processes, maps, and connectors; implement error handling, monitoring, alerting, and performance improvements.
• Participate in proofs of concept, demonstrations, and post-deployment support.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, align delivery to business objectives, and work with technical experts and DevOps teams.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, integration best practices, and secure solutions.

Platform qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday experience and Workday Integration/Studio Certification are required.
• Programming skills in XML, JSON, XSLT 3.0, and Java; experience with Workday's integration toolkit and HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and Absence integrations.
• 5+ years building OIC components and 5+ years developing PL/SQL packages and stored procedures, including performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle SOA Cloud Service, including MFT, OSB, BPEL, and BAM.
• 3+ years of Dell Boomi AtomSphere experience, including connectors, processes, maps, and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of Boomi Atom/Molecule architecture, cloud deployment, API Management, and B2B/EDI.

General qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise integration development experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent, or proven years of experience.
• Experience with complex multi-platform integrations, third-party APIs, REST and SOAP services, and data transformation.
• Experience in Agile teams, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Ability to communicate accurately, present information, prioritize projects, and work with stakeholders; business-facing group experience is a plus.
• Must ensure data security for Oracle Cloud SaaS, OCI applications, and Workday and understand enterprise security frameworks.

Pay

• Pay range is USD 125,000–165,000 yearly.
