Engenieer - Public Aesthetics Care

Job Description

• Strategy
• Contribute to the development of technical frameworks and approaches to support public aesthetics initiatives and operational excellence.
• Support the identification of key risk areas impacting public aesthetics by analyzing systemgenerated data and field inputs.
• Assist in defining technical standards, tools, and methodologies for monitoring and improving operational performance.
• Support with coordination of initiatives and improvement projects aimed at enhancing public aesthetics in alignment with the RTA and the Dubai Civility Committee.

Operations

• Maintain systems and tools to capture, track, and manage field observations related to public aesthetics and service quality.
• Analyze operational phenomena to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes affecting public aesthetics, and support with developing appropriate solutions and corrective actions.
• Classify identified issues based on risk, impact, and technical parameters to support prioritization and decision-making.
• Coordinate and track corrective and preventive actions with relevant stakeholders, driving timely resolution and documentation of outcomes.
• Proactively generate technical reports and dashboards highlighting performance trends, issue status, and response effectiveness, enabling timely recommendations and driving faster processing and improvement of operational performance efficiency and field readiness.

Product And Process Improvement

• Contribute to designing technical solutions to address operational gaps and reduce negative behaviors impacting public aesthetics and support follow up on the implementation of corrective plans.
• Support the development and enhancement of early warning and monitoring systems to enable proactive issue detection.
• Prepare periodic reports and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions using data analysis and recommend improvements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in in Civil/Industrial/ Environmental

Experience

• 0-1+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree in related field
