Engagement Manager

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a client-facing, technical, consulting, implementation, customer success, solutions, financial services, or AI-related role.
• Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new software, tools, and workflows quickly.
• Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into clear processes, requirements, inputs, and outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in understanding how AI can improve real-world business workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work directly with customers and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to test, iterate, and troubleshoot until a workflow produces a high-quality result.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and take ownership of work from initial discovery through completion.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and comfort working in an environment where processes and product capabilities continue to evolve.
• The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable.
