Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments. Exposure to the Financial Services industry is highly desirable. Experience with automation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Working Conditions Hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office. Flexibility to support business-critical applications outside normal business hours when required. Participation in evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call support rotations. Dynamic and fast-paced environment requires collaboration across global teams.
