QUALIFICATIONS

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, particularly in Incident & Problem Management.
  • Understanding of various IT disciplines and their inter-relationships.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation, including operational procedures and scope policies.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting.
  • Expert familiarity with Group Policy Objects in Active Directory as well as Azure AD.
  • Experience with cloud virtualization such as AWS, Azure VD, or Google VD workspaces.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required.

Experience:
