Role overview
The Reception Agent looks after hotel guests from arrival through departure and helps deliver a memorable experience.
Guest reception and service
- Greet guests, complete check-ins, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Take initiative to personalize the guest experience.
- Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through upselling.
Experience and skills
- A service-focused personality is essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Prior experience with Opera or a related system is noted.
- Additional languages are a plus.
