Oversee Emergency Medical Services Operations by managing, planning, organizing, and evaluating all activities and functions of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) department.
Develop and Maintain Emergency Preparedness Programs to ensure organizational readiness and compliance with emergency response standards and regulations.
Lead Emergency Preparedness Plan Updates by reviewing, revising, and implementing modifications to the Emergency Preparedness Plan as needed.
Ensure Joint Commission Compliance by coordinating, monitoring, and supporting accreditation activities, audits, and regulatory requirements related to emergency preparedness and patient safety.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Staff Readiness by assessing departmental performance, identifying process improvements, and promoting emergency response training and preparedness initiatives.
Performs related duties as required.
