Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EHR / EMR Support Specialist to join our operations team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our provider onboarding process and the primary point of contact for resolving system-related challenges.
You will ensure that our clinical platforms are configured correctly to support seamless patient care and efficient practice management.
System Implementation & Onboarding
- **Database Configuration:**
- Spearhead the creation and initial setup of new databases within
PracticeSuite
- for incoming providers and clinical groups.
- **Client Provisioning:**
- Ensure all provider credentials, facility settings, and practice-specific parameters are accurately mirrored in the system.
Support & Issue Resolution
- **Ticketing Management:**
- Manage the ticketing queue, ensuring all client issues—from minor bugs to complex system requirements—are resolved within established SLAs.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:**
- Act as the technical liaison for emails and requests coming from Sales, Account Management, and directly from clients to ensure a unified support experience.
Clinical Workflow Optimization
- **Workflow Mapping:**
- Assist providers in translating their physical clinical workflows into the EMR environment, including intake forms, charting templates, and e-prescribing setups.
- **System Training:**
- Guide clinical staff on best practices for using the EMR to reduce "clicks" and minimize administrative burden during patient encounters.
- **Troubleshooting:**
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to lab integrations, pharmacy connectivity, and patient portal access.
Data Management & Reporting
- **CRM Maintenance:**
- Keep our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system meticulously updated with client status, contact info, and interaction history.
- **Usage Analytics:**
- Generate and publish
Monthly Usage Reports
to be used by the Accounting department for billing and financial auditing.

- 6:30PM to 3:30 AM IST
