Key Responsibilities
- Manage employer accounts and relationships
- Meet monthly target
- Handle inquiries and provide support
- Update and maintain data in CRM
- Track and resolve service requests
- Work closely with internal teams
- Maintain documentation and reporting
- Ensure service standards compliance
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with CRM or similar systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
