Employee Services Advisor
Role Overview
Are you ready to build your HR career while helping employees optimize their benefits?
As an Employee Services Advisor, you’ll focus primarily on Group Benefits plan administration while delivering responsive, accurate, and people-focused support that strengthens the employee experience.
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you’ll answer employee questions, support benefits enrolments and administration, maintain accurate HR data, and help programs and services run smoothly.
You’ll work closely with Payroll, HR colleagues, managers, and third-party providers to resolve issues and deliver reliable service.
You’ll also contribute to employee communications, process improvements, and clear resources that help employees understand and navigate their programs.
Although Group Benefits is the role’s main focus, you’ll gain supporting exposure to Group Retirement Programs including RPP, RRSP, TFSA, and 401(k) plans, and build the knowledge needed to provide cross-coverage during team members’ absences.
If you’re organized, eager to learn, and motivated by helping people, this is an opportunity to grow your HR expertise and make a meaningful impact.
