Employee Relations Officer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Maintain employee files, records, and documentation.
• Process leave requests, medical insurance, ticketing, and reimbursements.
• Prepare employment letters and process employee information updates.
• Respond to employee requests through HR service channels.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery.
• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, company policies, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a relevant HR role.
• Saudi nationals only.
• Required Skills
• Strong communication and employee relations skills.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR operations.
• SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HR experience is preferred.

Work Environment

• This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Al Rimal District. The role involves working as part of a dedicated HR team to support employee needs and maintain a compliant and positive work environment.
