Employee Relations Officer
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Qatar Labour Law.
- Support managers and employees on ER-related matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
