Role Purpose
The Employee Engagement & Culture Executive will play a key role in shaping and strengthening a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture across the organization.
This role will drive structured engagement initiatives, enhance employee experience, and support HR operations through coordination and administrative tasks across all brands and locations.
1. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives across all departments and brands
- Plan and execute internal events, team-building activities, and culture-driven programs
- **Drive structured recognition & rewards programs**
- (Employee of the Month, peer recognition, service milestones)
- **Act as a Culture Champion across all locations**
- by regularly visiting outlets, interacting with teams, and ensuring consistency in values and experience
- **Introduce and manage wellbeing & work-life balance initiatives**
- to improve employee satisfaction and morale
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee motivation, retention, and sense of belonging
- Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and engagement ideas
2. Employee Experience
- Support and enhance onboarding experience for new joiners across brands
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions
- Analyze feedback and recommend actionable improvements
- Work closely with department heads to improve employee journey and experience
3. Internal Communication
- Coordinate and manage internal communication related to engagement and HR initiatives
- Draft announcements, newsletters, and employee communication content
- Ensure consistent and positive messaging aligned with company culture
4. HR Coordination & Administration
- Support HR team with documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks
- Maintain records related to engagement activities and employee participation
- Assist in scheduling HR activities, meetings, and training sessions
- Coordinate with departments for HR initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups
5. Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Support special HR and organizational development projects
- Provide general HR support to ensure smooth department operations
