- Dispense medications and provide clear patient counselling on dosage, interactions, side effects, and storage.
- Support physicians and healthcare teams with pharmacological guidance to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support inventory management and ensure safe storage of medications.
- Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
