- Education: Recent Graduate (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
- Academic Excellence: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Majors: Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with a high level of professional integrity.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
