Program purpose

Technical development

• Participate in structured rotations across technical and operational functions.
• Learn company products, services, technologies, and operational processes.
• Support equipment assembly, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair, and operations under supervision.
• Assist with troubleshooting using practical engineering principles.
• Gain exposure to technical drawings, product specifications, manufacturing standards, and engineering documentation.
• Learn asset and equipment lifecycle management.

Field and operational exposure

• Participate in field service, customer-site, offshore, workshop, and on-site activities as required.
• Develop understanding of client expectations, operational delivery, and service standards.
• Build awareness of planning, scheduling, and execution for technical projects.

Quality, safety, and compliance

• Follow company HSE policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Support quality inspections, testing, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop a safety-first mindset and promote safe working practices.
• Participate in mandatory safety training and competency development.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and operating procedures.

Learning and program activities

• Complete assigned learning objectives for each rotation and participate in technical training, coaching, mentoring, and development activities.
• Deliver progress presentations and development projects, seek feedback, and implement development actions.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement, accountability, and ownership of personal development.

Qualifications and eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline, or a relevant higher diploma or diploma.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to one to two years of professional experience.
• Commitment to complete the entire 24-month program.
• The posting states UAE National eligibility and a Family Book requirement.
