Bachelor's degree in Business , Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or a related field OR 1-2 years of relevant industry experience a strong interest in building a long-term career in distribution, operations, or leadership.

Strong communication , interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, results-driven environment.
