Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Emergency Consultant based in Riyadh.
The Emergency Consultant will be responsible for assessing and managing patients in the emergency department.
Key responsibilities
include providing prompt diagnosis, delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary medical teams, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and guidelines.
The role also involves supervising junior medical staff and participating in continuous professional development activities to ensure the delivery of the best possible emergency care services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Emergency Medicine and patient assessment, including the ability to make quick and accurate diagnoses
- Proficient in Advanced Life Support (ALS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and trauma care protocols
- Exceptional skills in communication and patient interaction to deliver compassionate care under high-stress situations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in critical, time-sensitive scenarios
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of relevant clinical experience in emergency care or acute medicine
- Fluency in English is
