Position Overview
The EMT will be responsible for providing immediate and effective emergency medical care to patients in pre-hospital settings, ensuring timely response, stabilization, and safe transport to healthcare facilities.
The role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and assess patient conditions
- Deliver essential life-saving interventions in accordance with protocols
- Stabilize patients and provide safe transport to medical facilities
- Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and emergency supplies
- Accurately document patient care and incident reports
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and emergency response teams
• Valid DOH EMT License (mandatory)
- Proven experience in emergency medical services or pre-hospital care
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and patient management
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills
