EMEA Buy Side Front Office

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of FactSet Front Office solutions across EMEA investment clients.
• Develop product and investment-workflow expertise and help clients address complex investment challenges.
• Manage complex, high-impact sales opportunities using an enterprise-focused consultative approach.
• Coordinate with Generalist Sales, Client Services, Trading Solutions, Middle Office Sales, and the wider Buy-Side organization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Services.
• Share client insights and market feedback with Product teams to inform product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial technology, market data, investment research, or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling, pipeline generation, objection handling, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Front Office workflows and investment processes; direct experience with Front Office professionals is preferred.
• Familiarity with FactSet Research, Content, and Analytics solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, persistence, resilience, and ownership.

Salary

• Budgeted salary range in London is £80,000 to £120,000; the range may differ in other locations.
