- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies related to EMC interference, stray current, and system performance

- Coordinate integration of EMC, stray current, earthing & bonding, and noise & vibration requirements across all rail systems and infrastructure

- Interface with multidisciplinary systems including signalling (ATC/CBTC), telecom, power, rolling stock, SCADA, and AFC to ensure system compatibility

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integration and delivery within schedule and budget

- Conduct regular reviews and quality audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of engineering deliverables

- Ensure effective coordination and communication across all project stakeholders and disciplines
What Required Skills You'Ll Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the AECO industry or relevant field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in EMC, stray current, earthing & bonding, and noise & vibration engineering within the rail or transportation industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in rail projects and/or rail operations in the GCC or internationally
- Proven experience on large-scale metro, subway, or Express Railway infrastructure programs
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in managing technical scope of large-scale infrastructure projects
