QUALIFICATIONS

  • SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Be detail-oriented in nature and apply this to all produced product
  • The ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stress
  • Sound organizational, records management, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • AND ABILITIES
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of two years of experience with embroidery machines or related experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of machines used throughout the production process
  • PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL
  • Continuous movement throughout the production department
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
  • Fine motor skills including manual dexterity
  • COMPENSATION
  • Competitive Pay of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
