Embroidery Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Properly clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust & change machines and settings
- Select the proper art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet quality and design specifications
- Hoop products, load and unload items to/from machines for quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues to maintain design and item quality during embroidery runs
- Document machine settings and supplies used on new designs to ensure future consistency
- Product and order trimming, folding, packaging, and staging to meet needs and quality standards
- Participate in, and request, ongoing personal and team training, for customization as well as departmental cross-training, while supporting and training other teammates as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through daily cleaning
- All duties are necessary to support an efficient and successful customization process
