What you’ll do
- Manage and maintain email lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Build and optimize onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and win-back programs.
- Analyze customer behavior; create segments and personalized experiences based on product usage and lifecycle stage.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, audiences, and journey logic.
- Monitor and report engagement, activation, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Design, and Product on customer communications.
- Maintain campaign quality, audience logic, and email deliverability best practices.
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, or retention marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Braze, Mailmodo, Klaviyo, CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and email automation.
- Comfort with data, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent written communication and customer-focused messaging skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
- Comfort working full-time from the Delhi office.
