Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ELV / Security Systems Sales Executive to promote and sell ELV and security solutions to commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and security systems
- Promote solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Intercom, SMATV, and Structured Cabling
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the technical team
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers
- Track sales leads, pipelines, and prepare regular sales reports
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ELV or security systems sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and ELV solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong customer-focused approach
- Valid UAE driving license is required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Facilities Management, construction, or system integration companies
- Existing client network in the UAE market is an advantage
- Knowledge of SIRA / DPS / MOI compliance is a plus
