Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive - ELV - in Dubai.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting
ELV solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role involves developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and
collaborating with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.
This role is purely into business development, identifying new customers / leads,
bringing new inquiries and winning the sales.
Qualifications
- Generate new sales by utilizing existing and potential sales networks.
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business; Facility Management Companies, Owners Associations, Real Estate Companies, Project Contractors, Developers & Direct Clients.
- Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate the full scope of solutions and services offered by our company.
- Target and contact key decision makers and develop positive relationships to secure the sale of offerings.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their requirements and concerns and strengthen relationships.
- Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ELV systems and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing or a relevant field.
- Experience in ELV (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, Access Control Systems, Gate Barrier, Alarm Systems, etc.,) is a plus.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills. Communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3-6 years of experience in ELV sales management in UAE.
- Experience in the ELV / Technology / Construction / Building Materials industry is preferred.
- UAE Driving License is a must
- SIRA certification will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
