Role overview
Responsible for ELV presales design and estimation activities for project enquiries handled by the Technical Department.
Responsibilities
- Review hard-copy and electronic drawings and designs for ELV systems; prepare bid documents, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Prepare bills of quantities from designs, drawings, or site-survey records and maintain drawing records and files.
- Conduct site surveys and meet clients, contractors, or subcontractors as needed for design and estimation.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, assist with tenders, and submit material and technical submittals for approval.
- Submit completion reports, report scope variations from estimated BOQs and plans, and meet daily and weekly submission deadlines.
Requirements
- Engineering degree and at least 2 years of experience in the same field dealing with AV, IT, and ELV.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand specifications and drawings.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, plan, coordinate, prioritize workloads, and operate with minimal supervision.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

- Full-time role with in-person work.
