Job Title: ELV Maintenance Manager

Reporting to: Head of ELV Maintenance

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Job

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ELV Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations, drive service excellence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end maintenance operations for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Structured Cabling, BMS, and related systems
  • Ensure effective execution of AMC contracts, PPM schedules, and reactive service calls
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve performance and quality targets
  • Drive revenue generation through AMC renewals, upgrades, and identification of additional sales opportunities
  • Monitor and follow up on invoicing, collections, and outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow
  • Ensure all systems are compliant with relevant authority regulations and certifications (Civil Defense, SIRA, etc.)
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project and service delivery
  • Implement and improve processes, workflows, and CAFM/service management systems for operational efficiency
  • Prepare reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards for management review

Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar fields from a recognized university.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Gate Barriers, Structured Cabling, etc.)
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and system integration
  • Familiarity with authority requirements and certifications in the UAE (SIRA, etc.)
  • Proven experience in ELV maintenance and operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Process-driven with experience in workflow automation / CAFM systems
  • Good communication and client management skills
