ELV Engineer / Project Manager – Business Development

Responsibilities
- Develop new ELV business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical/commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Manage projects from site survey, design, and installation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, schedule, HSE, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise across CCTV, access control, PA/VA, intercom, structured cabling, intrusion alarm, BMS, AV, parking systems, and smart building solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- SIRA certificate is mandatory.
- 5–8 years of UAE experience in ELV/Low Current Systems.
- Proven experience in project execution and business development.
- Strong knowledge of SIRA, Civil Defence, and UAE HSE requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Pay
- AED 6,000–9,000 per month.
