ELINT Analyst / Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure requirements align with government directives for future SIGINT expeditionary ground station objectives.
• Build productive relationships with employees, contractors, and third-party vendors to support customer-focused results.
• Develop plans, analyses, and designs for multipurpose SIGINT and geospatially enabled systems supporting expeditionary space ground station prototyping.
• Develop implementation strategies for future expeditionary space ground station integrations with operational system architectures.
• Analyze and communicate recommendations for future system and network architecture design, including assessments during integration and test events.
• Conduct risk assessments, document data and process flows, and identify resource needs for systems, personnel, facilities, and communications.

Required qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or commensurate experience.
• Fundamental systems engineering and analysis skills and competencies.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Understanding of GEOINT and ELINT/SIGINT capabilities.
• Experience in process engineering, improvement, and process workflow.
• Ability to develop and present effective technical presentations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, graphic or visual diagram editing, geospatial maps, and imagery.

Desired qualifications

• Knowledge of SIGINT and GEOINT platforms and architectures with the Army.
• Knowledge of Army TENCAP mission and operations.
• Prior experience as an Army 35S/352S Signals Collector/Analyst.
