Role overview

Entry point into professional roles performing basic technical, administrative, or operational compliance-collection tasks.

Work is assigned day to day or task by task with clear instructions and close supervision.

Supports client and member compliance for health insurance benefits and exposure in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, update, and maintain client compliance through the year and keep sales-force information updated in SFDC.
  • Validate client- and member-level compliance for new business, renewals, and new exposure with internal partners.
  • Monitor fallout reports, ID card trackers, and other resources to support compliant member enrollment where applicable.
  • Generate statistical reports, analyze data, and reconcile records for accuracy.
  • Manage internal processes and coordinate operational activities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Interact with internal partners and external clients/vendors, research and resolve problems, and escalate difficult issues.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Middle East compliance for accessing health insurance benefits in the region.
  • Previous experience in medical insurance, compliance, or operations is cited alongside interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data-entry and customer-service skills, general product knowledge, and high proficiency in MS Office.
