Electronic, ELV & Security Systems
- Operate and maintain assigned non-medical electronic and ELV systems at the project site under the O&M plan.
- Maintain CCTV, video management and recording systems, monitoring equipment, access control, and related interfaces.
- Coordinate fire alarm maintenance and faults with the authorized fire-safety provider; maintain public address, voice evacuation, intercom, background music, and structured cabling systems.
- Review alarms, event logs, device status, and communications links; record incidents, escalate faults, and verify corrective work.
Building Automation & Controls
- Maintain BMS controllers, field devices, operator workstations, SCADA or other approved monitoring interfaces, sensors, actuators, control panels, and gateways within site scope.
- Maintain approved interfaces with HVAC, lighting, power monitoring, security, networked systems, and remote monitoring connections where in scope.
- Use approved drawings, manuals, and control sequences; report discrepancies and recurring defects; coordinate functional checks and specialist visits.
Preventive Maintenance & Reliability
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for assigned assets under the O&M schedule; diagnose faults, coordinate repairs, and restore service promptly.
- Maintain critical spares, coordinate vendor and specialist support, supervise contractor work, verify service quality, and follow up on work orders and service-level requirements.
Documentation, Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules, inspection records, system logs, drawings, and compliance records; report system condition, faults, downtime, and completed work.
- Follow site safety procedures, approved method statements, manufacturer guidance, and project requirements; support audits, emergency readiness, and reliability improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 6 years of site-based O&M experience with electronic, ELV, or low-current systems in large facilities.
- Hands-on O&M experience with CCTV, access control, fire alarm coordination, structured cabling, and building automation or control systems.
- Facilities management or O&M experience in large facilities; Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.
- Ability to transfer sponsorship and begin work quickly.
