Electromechanical Operation Supervisor

Experience and requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in electromechanical operations.
- Experience in HVAC, MEP projects, or maintenance is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Must be able to travel to project sites, workshops, and other company locations as required by management.
Operations and delivery
- Manage daily HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance operations.
- Plan and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and clients.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Report challenges and recommend improvements to management.
Resources, quality, and supervision
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources efficiently.
- Monitor operational costs, material usage, and project budgets.
- Inspect completed work for quality and technical compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Supervise employee performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Handle client complaints and coordinate technical solutions.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
