Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, lighting fixtures, DB panels, sockets, switches, and electrical equipment across showroom, warehouse, and office areas.
• Maintain a checklist of the electrical assets under custody and periodically monitor their functionality.
• Ensure all lighting installations are functioning optimally to maintain luxury visual merchandising and premium in-store ambience standards.
• Identify electrical problems and fix them quickly to avoid delays or disruption to operations and customers.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure immediate corrective action is taken in a safe and professional manner.
• Monitor power consumption and recommend energy-efficient solutions to optimize operational costs and sustainability initiatives.
• Have a stock list of electrical consumables and alerts the immediate supervisor in case of the stock level falls before the safety net.
• Assess electrical repair requests received from customers through CSD
• Troubleshoot DB (Distribution Board) Error messages and restoring back to normal.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet operational timelines.
• Job specifications:
• Must be a certified electrician qualified to work in industrial environment in UAE.
• Solid knowledge of electrical components, industrial wiring, installation works, and troubleshooting DB errors.
• 3-5 years of work experience as an electrician in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of using power tools like Power drill, groove cutter, core cutting for making access for electrical conduits as a part of industrial wiring prerequisite.
• Maintains clear, respectful, and positive communication with internal team members and external customers.
