Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an Electrical Technician.
The Electrical Technician will be responsible for performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
The role requires overseeing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure system effectiveness and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and the operation of Electrical Equipment
- Solid skills in Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
- Foundational knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering principles
- Understanding of electricity and adherence to safety standards and best practices
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in the oil and gas or energy sectors will be an advantage
